Dear friends,

I am Dr. Radha Agarwal a guidance counsellor / career coach based in Jabalpur City (Madhya Pradesh). My work includes personal counselling (adolescents), behavioural counselling in kids, and career counselling (for Std. 9th to Graduation level students). I am well versed with psychometric testing (IQ testing, aptitute testing) and various other assessments. I am also proficient in enhancing the soft skills of teenagers and I conduct various workshops based on personality development, emotional intelligence and career selection as well. I completed my Bachelor of Home Science (B.H.Sc) from Lady Amrit Bai Daga College (L.A.D) Nagpur, Maharashtra. I also earned Master’s degree (M.Sc) – Human development, again with a silver Medal from L.A.D college, Nagpur.

After that, my journey of earning a doctorate degree began in Jabalpur (M.P) post marriage. I am Ph.D in Human development and have written a thesis entitled, “Effect of Emotional Intelligence on the Achivement Motivation, Sex Roles and Adjustment of Adolescents.” I was awarded my doctorate in 2013. Apart from this I have earned diploma in career counselling (PGDCC) from IPMS, Nagpur and also an “International Certified Career coach” from Mindler, Delhi.

Apart from my 6 year old private practice, my work experience includes working as a counsellor at ‘Billabong High International School, Jabalpur’ and ‘St.Joseph’s Convent High School & Junior College at Sadar and TFRI.
I have also worked at ‘Army Public School No-2’
